I can't install a component!!!

I have Delphi 3, and I wish to install a component wich I download  in DelphiDeli.com,
seems to be strange the extension of the files, I only have the following files:
pseval.dcr
pseval  (delpi compiled unit)

I wold apreciate your help.

if the component that u want to install has no .pas extention then no proglem with that try this..
  try installing the .dcu instead of the .pas....
  if there's an erorr then try to copy it in the bin directory then install it like the way u install the pas but this time choose the .dcu and then way to go amigo.....
