Where can I get an  mpeg viewer that decodes the '.dat format. (The cd's that use this fromat are produced by "Vivid Interactive".

Your second suggestion cost 30 dollars U.S. currency.  This proves to be more expensive than the CD we wish to play.  We're grading you without knowing if the player works.
