Form look nice Unix but ugly in PC

I made a form inside a table in Unix station. It's look nice and the INPUT field fit (left side and right side of a cell )the table. But when I see my FORM in an PC, It's look ugly. I mean the INPUT field become smaller. So I would like to know how to make a form in Unix station that look almost the same presenation than in a PC.

Sorry, this is due to the difference in the UI on two seperate OS. This is particularly noticeable while using Netscape 3.0.

So, Is the problem will be solve for Netscape 4 ?
