Register Excel8.olb

I use Excel in my Visual Basic application.  The user has Office 97.  When she runs my app it fails when she attemts to use Excel.  How do I register Excel8.olb so that she can use that functionality?

When you make the setup program, include that file in pack.
Normaly it should register itself and all the dependences of that file.
