SCSI with EIDE

I have installed an Adaptec aha2940 UW with an IBM uw scsi. I want add an eide disk but  I want to do boot from scsi disk. How can I configure the EIDE disk ?

You can NOT boot from a SCSI drive if you have an (e)IDE drive on your PC.  It cant be done according to IDE and SCSI standards.  

I have the 2940 SCSI Card and a SCSI2 HD as well as a smaller IDE, and i'd love to boot from the SCSI.  But i called Adaptec and they said it cant be done.  I asked IRC channels and newsgroups, they said it cant be done.  I checked technical web pages, cant be done.

Unless you have 2 PC's and 2 NIC's so you could network the non SCSI PC as a server for the SCSI PC so you can use the otrher HD as a network drive.  But thats an expencive way to do much of nothing.

Correction... you CAN boot from the SCSI if you have a dual boot Win NT or Linux.  But not for just a plain win95.
