VB5.0 and DirectX

Hello.
I've been browsing the internet for good VB game programming sites and found some quite good ones.
The one thing I can't find is a really good tutorial on how to mkae my first "hello world" program
in VB with DirectX. I'm looking for a step by step tutorial that tells me everything.
What files I need and where to put the code and so on....
If you can help me I'll be very pleased.

A very complete site that I have been using is Patrice Scribe's DirectX VB programming site (http://www.chez.com/scribe/vb_us.htm).  There are many links to sample programs (which I have examined) and many other useful info (such as OpenGL).

I am sure that you will find whatever you need here.
