Error: Access is denied (to LPT1)

There is local Windows NT4.0 net with 1 Server
and 33 workstations (NT or 95). We have several
printers including HP 4000N laser printer with
JetDirect interface (net is 10TBase Ethernet Compex
Twisted Pair, TCP/IP is the only protocol).
When I've installed JetAdmin software (only the ports)
on 2 Ntworkstation stations their local printers
(Epson 1000 ESC/P2 and Houston Inst. JetPro 360+)
stoped work. Error message say: "Error writing to LPT1:
for Document Test Page : Access is denied". I try
uninstall all printer drivers, JetAdmin software, etc.
Nothing helps. On one workstation I did the installation
again starts from fdisk and system install (there is
WindowsNT4 + NT4ServicePack3 + Office 97 PL Standard +
Epson driver + HP4000N driver). Installing HP 4000N
network printer = local printer's dead...
HELP !!! Somebody who saw "Access is denied" printer
error message, please, HELP !!! It just can't be !!!
