How can I programm an vxd (for example the keyboard one)

vxd does not have anything to do with MFC.  You should first get microsoft DDK, reading its documents, pick up the sample fit for your need and then modify the sample to produce your vxd.

You need to know assembler to use DDK, but there are 3rd party tools that can help you to write in C.

why do you need to write a keyboard driver?  Maybe you only need a keyboard hook vxd?
