I'm working in a flic player (.FLC) for DirectDraw in a 640x480 resolution. I can do this with only the .FLC format documentation, but any sources are welcome. I'm using VC++ 5.0.

The file formats are at
http://www.wotsit.demon.co.uk/wanimate/flc.zip
http://www.wotsit.demon.co.uk/wanimate/fli.zip

In addition, there is an article: "A WinG Flic Animation Player" by Ton Plooy in "Windows Developer's Journal" October 1995 Volume 6 Number 10. You can get the source code at http://www.wdj.com/source.htm. Another article useful for you is "The Flic File Format" in "Dr. Dobb's Journal" March 1993 (http://www.ddj.com).
