Abends on Novell 3.12

I have just added the os2 name space to my 3.12 server (pentium 300, 27Gb RAID5, 256 MB Ram) it was running for a week and it crashed with a LockDirectory entry error, I have tried to run VREPAIR with the volume dismounted but it refuses to find V_OS2.NLM when it loads for name space support.  It has crashed again the next day with Multiple Abends occurring - System Halted error message.  This is not the latest update of the name space which i have just downloaded.  Anybody have any ideas what is going on - is it just the wrong os2.nam patch and where does the V_OS2.NLM module have to reside?

I am truly baffled!!

Thanks in advance

If the SYS: Volume was dismounted, VREPAIR cannot find the V_OS2.NLM!!

Normaly theese files are located under C:\NWSERVER or C:\SERVER.312....
Before starting VREPAIR type on the System Console "LOAD C:\NWSERVER\V_OS2.NLM" then the system is able to run VREPAIR on volumes with OS2-Namespace.

And download the newest NameSpace-NLMs from Novell
