In the last few days Windows 95 has started to inform me that it is &quot;Unable to load language resource DLL&quot;.<br />

If I right-click on an icon on my desktop or in an explorer window, I frequently (but not always) get a message box saying &quot;Unable to load language resource DLL&quot;. I click the OK-button on the message box, and the correct menu pops up. So everything apparently works as it should, but it is very annoying to get the error message all time.<br />

I have not recently installed any new software. I have not knowingly made any configuration changes to my system recently.<br />

I called Microsoft support, but they couldn't help me. They merely suggested that I reinstall Windows 95.<br />
