Hello,

I have a C program written in MS Visual C and need to convert it to compile with MS Visual C++ 5.0.
One of the problem is 5.0 does not recognize bios.h.
Would you know the equivalent for it in 5.0?
Any tips will be very appreciated

thanx

VC is for Win32 only and not DOS .. bios.h is DOS interupt calls.

However, most DOS interrupts have equivalent Win32 API function calls.  Roughly speaking, the DOS API was pretty much just interrupt calls, Win32 is a 'proper' and extensive function library.

Basically search the Platform SDK (or on-line help) for equivalent Win32 functions .. the ones to use depends on what particular function in bios.h you want to call.
