How to get MEM Usage

On my NT 4 system, I can bring up "Windows NT Task Manager". MEM Usage is reported. I would like to have access to this value from a VC++ program I'm writing. How to I get at this data programatically?? Also I would hope that this data is accessible on W95 as well...

Call the GlobalMemoryStatus() function to obtain the information.
