BIF_BROWSEINCLUDEFILES flag is ignored

when using SHBrowseForFolder()...
On some NT system, BIF_BROWSEINCLUDEFILES flag does not
show all files, as stated in the documentation.

I think this is becuase the "Common Control DLL" is not updated,

could someone confirm this assumption, and tell me what is the minimum dll version for this flag to be supported?.

thanks.

BIF_BROWSEINCLUDEFILES is supported only if IE4 is installed (Version 4.70 or above).
