Do anyone of you know all the "Standard AT commands" or maybe know where can I find the "Standard AT commands" in the net  ??

There are hundreds of different AT-Command-Sets between manufacturers. Only the basics are the same, like ATDT to dial.
Check on the manufacturer's web site.
