I have an MDI Application and would like to add a splitter window to the MainFrame so I can dock and undock a Dialog bar and make it resizable when it is docked.  Simialr to how Microsoft handles their Output Window in the Visual C++ 4.2 interface.  How do I do this?

Your best bet would be to take a look some source code at http://www.codeguru.com or http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/MRConway/mrcext.htm.
