Have your index.html be the spalsh screen and put a metta redirect in it.

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" Content="10; URL=http://main.html">

why don't you try the free A-soft Splash screen ActiveX control?
It will only work under IE.

dagon's answer will work for most browsers.  ndnet's answer for only one.  Hmmm, which would I choose?  You can also do something with JavaScript if you want a pop-up window.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Even better, make your splash screen your first page then automatically transfer to your main page after a predefined time.
