I have an old Soundblaster 16 with a 2X CDrom running off it. &nbsp;My computer crashed. &nbsp;I reloaded windows but now if I install the soundcard, the computer will not start windows. &nbsp;Device Manager shows no conflicts. &nbsp;<br />
Scandisk keeps finding a problem with c:/wininst0.400. &nbsp;Could they be related problems?<br />
