I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. &nbsp;If you mean a .gif banner to advertise a page, then you can download an image creation program (such as Paint Shop Pro, available at <a href="http://www.jasc.com" rel="ugc">www.jasc.com</a>) and create the banner.<br />
