I am looking for a free web-hosting service with full cgi-support. Can anybody out there help me?

Try Rampage. I'm not sure of the address, but if you can submit(it often doesn't work) you get loads of space. 50MB

they offer 10 megs of server space. full cgi-bin for your account. ms fp98 support.
all for free, but, it must be a business site, no personal pages. I use it and it is
great for the price, FREE!
