How can I convert HTML (a web page) to text for editing etc.
in Novell WordPerfect 6.1 for Windows, running in Win95?

go to menu bar select
File->save as->text

thats it

Insightful answer.
Although I first need to Save As Text in a browser (Navigator)
before trying to open the document in WP6.1.  WP6.1 has a hard time opening (convert file from unknown format)html files in order to then save it as text.
