but there is a problem with that. when the outlook is open already, it is creating problems. so i think it's not a good idea to go that way. do you have any other ideas?<br />

I know you can access the inbox of any mailing system with MAPI controls.Is there a way in which i can access the tasks folder or anyother folder other than inbox (in the outlook) with MAPI controls? this is for VB5.0 application. any help would be highly appreciated.<br />
