Arabic in RTF text boxes

I use VB 5 with an Arabic version of Windows 95. This allows me to use Arabic in a (standard) text box. However, an RTF box does not seem to allow Arabic. Yet, someone tells me it is possible, he just cannot tell me how. How can I do this?

The dependancy file for riched32.dll reveals that most Double Byte Character Sets (DBCS) such as Arabic/Japanese/Chinese etc... require the file GAPI32.DLL or GAPIA32.DLL to be somewhere on your path.
