Look at the CPU socket.  If it says "SOCKET 7" along one edge then the answer is yes.  Otherwise, no.

It's not sufficient. It's need that motherboard have been dual voltage. One for core processor and another for IO pin processor. The motherboard Intel 82430I haven't this feature. Refer at the www.fyi.com.tw for details
