And on NIC Card No.1 I have another NT4.0 for Proxy Server only connect to ISP by Modem (True PPP Connection). On the Network No.1 that I mean all of workstation on Network No.1 Can be use the internet, But another network (NIC No.2 and NIC No.3) could not be connected the internet. also The NT4.0 Server (Main Server)Could not be use the internet.
I would like to ask about how to set the Main Server with three NIC and set configuration on Proxy Server.

You need to disable (by default it so) IP forwarding on proxy serve. Grant access to proxy (in proxy service configuration) anly for addresses from network No1. On Main server better install Route and RAS update (can be downloaded from www.microsoft.com/msdownload) or you can install standard RIP for TCP/IP both can make automatic route configuration. Or add entries in routing table manually with -p switch to make route persistent.
