How would I print specific Screens without including the desktop?  For instance, I'm trying to include print screens of several REXX application screens to include in a system documentation manual.

Thanks....Keno

I don't know REXX as an application but know how to do what you want to regardles of application.

This will work with a DOS shell type application  or a WIN95 app.

1. Open the application as you normally would, and go to where you want to capture the first screen. (not a screen Maximised, as this will make this more difficult to follow.)

2. Make sure the application is "Active". IE the bar at the top of the frame with the title in it is highlighted.

3. Hold down the ALT key and press Print Screen.  This will copy that screen to the clip board.

4. go to WORD or whatever application you have your doco in.

5. Paste (Ctrl+V or Edit then Paste) where ever you want it in the document.

You may want to experiement with a "new" document.

Repeat this process for each screen shot.

This will copy ONLY the application, and not your desktop.
