Loading Richtx32.ocx (VB5/SP2)

When I try to load Richtx32.ocx I get the message:
Could not be loaded.

The control is correctly registered.

Check the language in the Riched32.dll properties, if the language is different from the one of Richtx32.ocx that may be the problem.

I can't check the answer since I have bought a new computer. I have uninstalled VB5 on the old computer. I did however looked at the version number for the two filer.
Richtx32.ocx: 5.01.4319
Riched32.dll: 4.0

In my new computer Riched32.dll has version number: 4.00.9934 and it all works fine!
