Lost Cisco 4000 password?

I'm a new sysad guy with some Cisco 4000's.  No paperwork, no passwords, no help from Cisco.  Does anyone know the standard cisco password?

If it's been set once, there is no standard way in.  You can, however, open the unit up, find the memory clear jumper, and clear out the password setting.  It's a last resort but there is probably no other choice.
