Scheduling the execution of a file

How can you schedule the execution of a file in outlook?  Or can you?
Outlook is supposed to replace schedule+ and you could schedule
processes like defrag in schedule+ so where is that functionality in
outlook 98?

You can't schedule a program with Outlook!
You can do this with the Agent in Microsoft Plus!
