exception error

i have swaped all hard ware with the exception of board,cpu,video card i get the mess. exception at 0028:c0fdbdbd vxd vtdi 01

The error is in VTDI.386 which is the Vitual Timer Device Interface.  It manages the realtime clock and the timer in your PC.  Assuming that your hardware is OK, I'd see about grabbing the VTDI.386 file off of your Win95 CDROM or from another working system.  It's possible that the file was corrupted.

BTW, VTDI.386 is in the Win95_12.cab file.

wrong answer ! i said replaced all hardware that included hd 3 times different os disks,or versions it is not a soft ware problem thats a lot of points for the wrong answer
