I have a CTime object. I use Format method to display it in a dialog, using the current locale.<br />
The user is able then to change it. The problem is how can I build the CTime object from the string, without taking care myself of locale?<br />
For instance, Rogue Wave's class for time is able to build a time from a string, using locale.<br />
CTime from Microsoft doesn't seem to be able to do so.<br />
