Exchange Internet Mail Service auto-dial

Using Exchange 5.0 sp3.  I have scheduled the IMS to dial up every 30mins starting at 0600 and ending at 2000.  I am using an exisiting RAS connection to our ISP.  Unforunately, this auto-dial does not seem to work; every morning I must manually dial the internet using the RAS connetion to retrieve mails - any ideas what the matter could be?

Thanks for the reply. I have not been able to find this program on either download.com or shareware.com - any ideas where else I could find it?
Is this program simply a task schedular or is it more complex than that? Any ideas why the Exchange Internet Mail service is not dialing up as it should?
The program makes the mail to update at certain times. It´s as if you select the option in the Exchange menu. Works with MSExchange aswell asOutlook because it comunicates to Internet Mail Service.
What Internet mail Service do you have? There exists an enhancemet patch. (Microsoft, free)
I've found it: http://www.slipstick.com/exchange/gallery.htm#exchanger
