WS_EX_CONTEXTHELP in a dialog not working

I have a dialog (a DIALOGEX) with the minimizing (WS_MINIMIZEBOX) and
maximizing (WS_MAXIMIZEBOX) enabled, and then it doesn't show the context help box (neither the DS_CONTEXTHELP nor the WS_EX_CONTEXTHELP,
btw. why is there two context help options?). The ? box is shown when I remove the min/max boxes.
Has anyone seen the same problem? What do I do to show my ? box?

I have tried the same but when u are having minimize and maximize buttons,  the ? button will not just appear in the title bar. I have tried changing the style. The style flags are being modified but the modification is not reflecting in the title bar.. the styles WS_MAXIMIZEBOX, WS_MINIMIZEBOX and WS_EX_CONTEXTHLP are not conflicting.
You have to compromise with maximize and minimize if u want context hlp..
I think that it is a problem in the position of the ? button.. it maybe displayed there but since the maximize and minimize buttons are taking it's place, it doesn't show..

Thanks for the input.  The must be someone out there that has managed to do this successfully.  If someone does find documentation stating that it is not possible that will tell me to stop banging my head against the wall. Thanks.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

See Article ID: Q135787 in the MSDN knowledge base it says

SYMPTOMS

In Windows 95, the WS_EX_CONTEXTHELP extended window style is not compatible with the WS_MINIMIZEBOX or WS_MAXIMIZEBOX styles. The context help icon isn't displayed on the caption as long as one or both of the minimize or maximize boxes is displayed. The same thing happens with dialog boxes using the DS_CONTEXTHELP and the WS_MINIMIZEBOX or WS_MAXIMIZEBOX styles.

Note that the window must have the WS_SYSMENU style.
