Trying to get a CCITT Group IV image...from the Web.  I have tried with ImageViewer, , it can't read...?? Changed Helper to Graphic Converter, gets almost done then I 'bomb' with a #11  I have 7.5.3, Netscape 3.0  , a Performa Power PC 6400/180....any suggestions?  I Love yuaull' at EE! HELP-HELP!

Where are you downloading this image from, I would like to try something first to see if it works.

I turned the memory up for Graphic Converter to 10000!  and it worked!  Try it! and Thanks,  but do let me know what you were thinking of, it may not work today!  AG

You have the answer, but I'll just add one comment that might make sure it never happens again. Obviously, it just needed more memory. The permanent solution is always to check the file size of the file you want to view (in the Get Information dialog box) and make sure that GC has enough RAM allocated to accommodate it.

This should close the question and take it off the "awaiting answers" list, where it has been for a few days.
