Toolbar

Where can I get the Toolbar's and the Rebar's Messages value (e.g. TB_ADDSTRING = ? , RB_INSERTBANDA = ? ,and so on)? Don't tell me try at www.microsoft.com/msdn or www.microsoft.com/win32dev because from there I can't find anything what I want.
I use SendMessage funtion to let my toolbar have the flat style (SendMessage(ToolbarHandle, TB_SETSTYLE, 0, Style)),
but I also want my toolbar can change their button's image color when the user's cursor hovers over them and each button can display a string. How can I do it?

I have Visual C/C++ here and found them in COMMCTRL.H:

Public Const WM_USER = &H400

Public Const TB_ADDSTRING = (WM_USER + 28)
Public Const RB_INSERTBANDA = (WM_USER + 1)
