I have had many dealings with western digital and there refurbished drives and from my experience I have found that they are just as good and relieable as the new ones. &nbsp;Sometimes more so because of firmware problems that get fixed or updated on the refurbished models.<br />

Hi. anybody know anything about &quot;refurbished' hard drives. bought a new wd hard drive which i had to send back. wd told me to send it back and they would replace it. well they replaced it with a refurbished one which they claim is tested more than a new one. should i stand my groud and demand a new drive or settle for the refurbished. thanks
