pick up the phone and press '1' ... :)
- first you need port component, try to search on any search engine
- and then increase the point ... :)

In my opinion this question worth 100 points. If you increase to 100 maybe someone will answer it.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Buy TurboPowers AysncPro libraries. They contain comport, modem, protocol etc components.

You must use the TAPI API(Telphony API)  if you want to call a number. The function to make a call is TapiMakeCallRequest; this function requires if I am not wrong, three arguments; the first is the telphone number you want to call, the rest are not important because they are used to record this call request into a log file.

sorry for writing the function name wrong. It must be   tapiRequestMakeCall(pChar(DestAddress),
                                PChar(Application.Title),
                                 pChar(CalledParty),
                                  PChar(Comment));
