pick up the phone and press '1' ... :)
- first you need port component, try to search on any search engine
- and then increase the point ... :)

You must use the TAPI API(Telphony API)  if you want to call a number. The function to make a call is TapiMakeCallRequest; this function requires if I am not wrong, three arguments; the first is the telphone number you want to call, the rest are not important because they are used to record this call request into a log file.
