HTML language

<a href =abc.html target="photo" >go to abc.html</a>
The above statement is require user to click the hyper link for going to the "abc.html".
How can I do same effect without require the user click?
In the other word, how can I make the brower go to the abc.html without a user click(automatically)?

To automatically advance the visitor's browser to another document, such as "abc.html" use a <META> tag within the <HEAD></HEAD> portion of the HTML file.

Example:
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>Example</TITLE>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="10" URL="abc.html">
</HEAD>
<BODY>
This page will automatically advance to "abc.html"  after 10 seconds.
You can set the CONTENT= to whatever value you choose.
</BODY>
</HTML>

Sorry, I mistyped here!

This line:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="10" URL="abc.html">

Should read this way:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="10;  URL=abc.html">

Note:  the open quotation marks BEFORE the specified # of seconds, the semi colon after and then the CLOSING quotation marks AFTER the URL.)

Also, as far as I know, the page will refresh only after the page is LOADED.
