How can I write program for X Windows ? Is there any free tools or library for that ? If yes, where can I get it ?

you can use c or c++ . I think they are included in your cd-rom ( depending on which one you have ) . if you can't find them ( they are options in the setup ) download them from www.linux.org .

they are both under the name c and c++ libraries.

You can develop X apps using Motif.  Everybody hates motif.
There are alternative toolkits available.  For exemple, you could try gtk (www.gtk.org).  It has bindings for C, C++, Perl...
Gimp (a photoshop-clone (well, I think it's more powerfull than photoshop, but it's another story)) www.gimp.org is using gtk.

There is also Qt (www.troll.no).  It is in C++.  It has a more restrictive license than gtk.  KDE is developped using Qt (www.kde.org)
