How to display list of active processes/tasks?

In OS/2, is there a command to display those tasks which are currently running, stalled, or whatever? I know you can see a list of all current task windows, but this doesn't show tasks which don't run in a window (such as those which are scheduled to run at a certain time of the day or night). I suspect a scheduled task is "hung up", but know of no way to check this. Any ideas?
