Microsoft Fax

In the Start menu, I have three options for Fax:
Compose New Fax
Cover Page Editor
Request a Fax

Compose new fax does as it says, as does cover page editor. Request a fax lets you retreive a fax from somewhere remote. I don't know how I can simply put the fax icon in the taskbar when I'm waiting for a fax. I had to open Compose new fax, and go through until the last step which gives an option to answer a call. Can anyone tell me how to get that icon up so all I have to is put it in the Start-up and not do anything but wait for the fax?

You can just run Inbox from the desktop.
This will start fax in answer mode and put the icon in systray.

When Microsoft exchange exits, it disappears. I know I can minimize Exchange, but is there any way to leave the icon without having another application open?
