Thanks for the reply, but you may notice that modems and printers are not included in the question.  I tried to submit this to the suggestion area, but there wasn't any place to enter the text of the question.  I probably got in the wrong area. Anyway thanks for the response.

Hmmm. Posting to the "suggestion" area
should be no different that posting to this area.

Blame your results on 'Y2K' or Windows 98 !!   :-)

an extreme possibility.  I did repost to the suggestion area.  I must have overlooked the proper protocol for that category.  Wish they would break up the category into smaller groups so we wouldn't have to read so many items not associated with the subject we are interested in!
