How to add my own command button to the window caption (like
CLOSE, MINIMIZE, RESTORE buttons)?

You have to subclass your window and handle WM_NCPAINT and WM_NCHITTEST messages on your own. You can use the default WM_NCHITTEST processing, but you have to completely write the painting procedure.
