Another way is to go to the page you want to set as your Home Page and then click on the &quot;Use Current Page&quot; button.<br />

However I found a solution.<br />
1. Shut down netscape and trash all netscape preferences.<br />
2. Restart netscape and fill in individual user info requested that appears during netscape loading.<br />
3. Shut down netscape and exchange bookmarks.html that is in the user folder in the trash with the newly greated one in the netscape user folder.<br />
4. Restart and the ability to change home page is back. ( Back actually after step 2. )<br />
