I am running WIN98, and I have downloaded &quot;CGIWrap&quot; for our shopping site cgi, but can not figure out how to execute the program to &quot;MAKE&quot; the CGIWrap to install it? &nbsp;Do I need a C++ program, and if so, is there a free download on the web? &nbsp;Thank you for the help.<br />
