University level Computer Science courses like

Introduction to algorithms
Introduction to data structures
etc.

You can learn on your own by getting the books for such courses and self-study.  It can be just as productive, and is better than web classes in general.

Note that Greedy is not an algorithm per se, but an algorithmic technique or actually a class of algorithms, ie, there are a set of classic (well-known) algorithms that are considered Greedy.  Similarly for Backtracking.

If you would like titles of the better algorithm/data structure books, I can get them for you.  Well known authors include
Knuth, Aho, Hopcroft, Ullman, Tarjan, but these are the big boys, not the "Algorithms for Dummies in 21 days" types.
