Iam after producing a simple login dialogue box to a web site using ASP, ADO and VBscript on IIS4
Is there any other way of producing a custom dialogue box in ActiveX, other than using VB5.
(ie. using objects from access or excel)

You can write one using Visual C++.  You will not be able to write one from Access or Excel as they use VBA and cannot be fully compiled.
