Getting an upload file by CGI

I have a webpage that have an INPUT tag of TYPE "file". The files that i was expecting are BMPs. I want to get that file and update a Paradox 7 graphic field. How can i do that?

The answer seems to be grate but all the examples must be compiled with the cgiexpert package. How can i get the image without the use of external packages, that is, only with delphi 3 internet standards tools.-
