Hi, does anyone know how can I detect if a certain application is running?

You can use Win32Api function FindWindow();

The problem I seem to have with FindWindow() Api is that I might not know the Title of the Window!.....Example:  ¿What Happens If I'm Trying To Detect If Netscape Is Running?...The Window Title Will Not Be Netscape?
