Ever since I installed the Windows 98 upgrade, everytime I try to do anything in Windows Explorer, I get an error message &quot;abnormal program termination&quot; and explorer closes down and I have to reboot, why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Ever since I installed the Windows 98 upgrade, everytime I try to do anything in Windows Explorer, I get an error message "abnormal program termination" and explorer closes down and I have to reboot, why is this happening and how do I fix it?
