Ever since I installed the Windows 98 upgrade, everytime I try to do anything in Windows Explorer, I get an error message "abnormal program termination" and explorer closes down and I have to reboot, why is this happening and how do I fix it?

This is a caused bu a problem in the Active Desktop.  I have this a while back and solved it by Uninstalling and then Re-Installing the Active Desktop Components
